ORDERS

• Once payment is cleared, orders will ship within 2-5 business days.
• Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.  Therefore, double check shipping address before placing order.  
• SimpleeNou ships to the address provided on the order.  Unfortunately, our system doesn't provide us to manual make corrections after orders is received.
• Simpleenou is not responsible for lost or stolen package during transit.  Under all circumstances, USPS is responsible for all mail once in transit.  We will do our best to help assist with missing orders.
• SimpleeNou has no control over delays of orders during the shipping process.  You would need to contact USPS to help answer and track your order.

SHIPPING

• SimpleeNou ships to address provided.
• Packages is shipped via USPS First Class Mail with tracking number.
• No refund on shipping cost for any reasons.
• SimpleeNou ships within the United States and internationally.  Shipping prices varies depending on the item.  

RETURN

• Refunds and returns are on a case by case bases.  Contact us at [email protected] within 3 business days of receiving an unsatisfied order.  
• No refund or return on custom orders.
